Why do you enjoy being a part of this industry?

This industry is ever-changing and growing, which some might find challenging – I’m not a fan of routine, so I embrace it! I personally love to explore, seek adventure, continually learn, and ultimately be pushed to achieve greatness. I get this awesome opportunity to lead a team that is full of a lot of the same curiosity, drive and desire to learn, so it’s a perfect place to call my second home.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

I really thrive when presented with challenge or problem and get to strategize in order to achieve a goal. This is applicable to clients, our team and in my personal life. I am solutions-driven, and the glass is always half full for me. I’ve got high standards and a natural eye for creative work – but it’s making people happy and helping them succeed that really makes it all worth it.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I was a dedicated soccer player when I was younger, and followed USA’s soccer club on the regular. My 12-year-old self wanted to be Mia Hamm – I admired her footwork and goal scoring abilities. There’s a quote from her that has always stuck with me: “Failure happens all the time. It happens every day in practice. What makes you better is how you react to it.”
